Just run the installer. It will install the Screen Saver module for you and set it as current one. Then you can configure by launching System Preferences , selecting Desktop & Screen Savers Icon and clicking tab Screen Saver. There is a list of available screen savers and among them Electric Sheep one. It should be already selected, if not, select it and it become active.
